Returns & Shipping

Products purchased in-store and online are accepted for exchange or store credit when returned within 14 days of purchase. We accept exchanges on all products except gift cards, body or perishable items, and discounted items. All returns must be received with receipt, intact and attached tags, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, odors or other stains, an exchange or return will not be approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Online Only products are accepted for exchange directly with Adored Boutique.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases over $100. Currently, purchases under $100 are charged $6 shipping.

What is "Fair" or "Ethical Fashion"?

For garments and accessories to be considered "Fair Fashion" and "Ethical Fashion", the human rights of the producers of the garments must have been upheld. This includes, but is not limited to, healthy and safe working conditions, dignified wages and the absence of forced or child labor.

Does "Fair Fashion" mean “Fair Trade”?

Fair Trade is both an ethic and an official certification that vendors can obtain by demonstrating their fair approach toward sourcing and manufacturing. For a variety of reasons, not all vendors who operate with fair fashion principles have a Fair Trade certification. This does not mean that their process is less fair than that of a Fair Trade Certified vendor.

Where do you find your vendors?

Discovering our vendors is one of the most joyful parts of what we do. Some brands have been with us since the very beginning, while others are exciting new finds.

Our process always starts with people—we look for brands that genuinely care for the artisans behind their products. We ask questions about work conditions and wages, and if their answers reflect dignity and fairness, we then test their products for quality.

When a brand’s values and craftsmanship align with the heart of Adored, we introduce them to you with a small collection—because your love for the pieces matters too. Those that can’t show us how they care for their makers simply aren’t the right fit. At Adored, every product has a purpose, and every maker’s story matters.
