What is your return policy?

Products purchased in-store and online are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Products purchased online must be postmarked 8 days from receipt based on our delivery confirmation. We accept exchanges on all products except gift cards, body care, perishable items and discounted or clearance items. All returns must be received with original receipt or online confirmation, intact and attached tags, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, odors or other stains, an exchange or return will not be approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the nature of this business, we must enforce this return policy. We do understand there may be certain circumstances that require further discussion. If you have any questions regarding the return policy, please call us.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases over $50. Currently, purchases under $50 are charged $4 shipping.

What is "fair fashion"?

For garments and accessories to be considered "Fair Fashion", the human rights of the producers of the garments must have been upheld. This includes, but is not limited to, healthy and safe working conditions, dignified wages and the absence of forced or child labor.

Does "fair fashion" mean “fair trade”?

Fair Trade is both an ethic and an official certification that vendors can obtain by demonstrating their fair approach toward sourcing and manufacturing. For a variety of reasons, not all vendors who operate with fair fashion principles have a Fair Trade certification. This does not mean that their process is less fair than that of a Fair Trade Certified vendor.

Where do you find your vendors?

Finding our vendors is a fun journey. There are many we have carried since the beginning and we are constantly finding new brands. We start by searching for brands that demonstrate their care for the people who make their products. If they satisfy our questions about work conditions and wages, we order samples to be sure their quality also meets our standards. If it does, and it fits in the DNA of Adored, we promote the brand with a small order to make sure you love it too! Brands that don't cut the mustard are the ones that can't tell us how they care for their makers.
