Products purchased in-store and online are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Products purchased online must be postmarked 8 days from receipt based on our delivery confirmation. We accept exchanges on all products except gift cards, body care, perishable items and discounted or clearance items. All returns must be received with original receipt or online confirmation, intact and attached tags, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, odors or other stains, an exchange or return will not be approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
