If you wish to return or exchange a product in your shipment, simply use the Adored Boutique email address on our contact form to let us know the products you intend to return or want to exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.If you desire to exchange, please specify the size you prefer for the item you are exchanging and/or if there is an alternative product you desire. Returns and exchanges must be communicated via email no later than 5 days after receipt of the shipment.

Adored LLC, (Adored Boutique), offers a service that gives you access to contemporary clothing and accessories from brands that produce their products without the use of slave labor, sweat shop labor or any other kind of forced labor. The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and Adored Boutique, and govern your use of the services offered through You'r Personalized Shopping experience by Adored Boutique.
To become a client, you must provide your name, email, phone number and other registration information on the provided form. In becoming a client, you represent and warrant that: a) all required account information you submit is truthful and accurate, and b) you will maintain the accuracy of such account information. We will also ask you for additional information about your size, fit and style preferences in order to establish your style profile. You agree to be responsible for your account and to notify us immediately if you become aware that your account information is being used without authorization. You agree not to register for an account on behalf of someone else or another group or entity. You must be at least 18 years old to be a client. We reserve the right to cancel your request if it is later determined that you are not at least 18 years of age.
By granting us access to your account information, you understand that we may access and store any information, content or other materials that you have provided to or stored in the account. We are not responsible for the content you place in your form. We commit not to share your information with third parties, or to use your content for purposes other than selecting and developing your style options.
When you sign up for You'r, we will send you products at our discretion. We will charge your credit card on file for the entire order at the time of shipping. You will be able to try the products on to see what you like. You can decide to keep all, some or none of the products in the shipment and we will credit you for the items you choose not to keep. (See Returns And Exchanges) You may change the frequency of your shipment by notifying us via email by the end of business on the first of the month in which you desire to make a change. You'r only ships products within the USA.
On a seasonal basis, in January, April, July and October, You'r will send you an email highlighting the best selling Adored Boutique products of the season and the sizes/volume available at the time. These emails provide an opportunity for you to respond and receive 20% off the products highlighted in the email. These product selections will be in addition to your standard shipment. If you elect these seasonally discounted products, and more than 50% of your standard shipment is returned, the dollar amount of the 20% discount applied for the seasonal highlights added to your order will be charged at the time of receiving your returned products. You will be credited the difference of the 20% and the cost of your returned products. You are not obligated to add product from the seasonal highlights to your order. If you elect to add any of the products in the seasonal highlights, you must respond to the email, in the time frame specified within the email. Your seasonally highlighted selections will be included with your next scheduled order.

An exact exchange may not be available in every case. If you elect for an exchange and we cannot provide the size or color you desire, alternative products may be offered. If you elect for a return after reviewing the alternative products, your account will be credited once the unworn and undamaged original product is returned to Adored with tags and within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment.
If you fail to return the original product by the return date or if the original product is damaged or shows signs of wear, Adored may charge you for both the original product and the exchange product. If you receive the exchange product and wish to return it, you can, by using our Adored Boutique contact email within 3 days of receipt of the exchange product(s). Every original shipment and one return or exchange shipping per shipment will be paid for by Adored Boutique. We will email you a return shipping label. Any additional shipping will be at customers expense.
Your scheduling a shipment from You'r is an offer to purchase the products we send. We will accept your offer by processing your payment and shipping you the products. For any reason, we may decline to accept your request for a shipment. If we decline to accept your request for a shipment, we may attempt to notify you at the e-mail address you provided. All products will be deemed accepted by you upon shipment, and title to and risk of loss passes to you when we provide the products to a common carrier.
If an item is damaged in the shipping process, notify us on the day you receive the package via email to Adored Boutique on our contact form. Damaged items that we are not notified of according to policy will not be accepted for return.
Pricing And Products:
While Adored makes efforts to follow the style and price preferences you express in your profile, we do not guarantee that every item in your shipment will comply with those preferences. You are responsible for paying for all products in your shipment, whether they conform to your style profile or not, unless you return the products in accordance with our return policy. You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales taxes that apply to your order where we are required to collect and remit such taxes. If you keep all the products in your original shipment will, You'r will provide you with a 15% discount off your next shipment.
Love the You'r experience? We would love your word of mouth referral! Every time someone adds your name to the referral box on their form, you will receive a 5% discount after their first order is shipped. If you kept all of the items from your previous order, you'll end up with a 20% discount on that shipment!
Modifications To Our Services:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services with or without advance notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service. Lack of email notification and continued access to the services following notice of any such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and satisfaction with the services as modified. You agree that we will not be liable to your or any other party for any termination of your access to the services.
You acknowledge and agree that we are only willing to collect payment, facilitate the fulfillment of orders and provide you access to the services if you agree to our terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, God or forces or causes beyond our reasonable control.
